Modelled for Revit, this mid-century table lamp family pairs a solid translucent acrylic columnar base with an elongated rounded rectangular shade. The luminaire displays a distinct rectilinear geometry characterised by softened, rounded corners along both the vertical shaft and the elevated shade. At the foundation, a slender translucent acrylic base rises in a pill-shaped extrusion, capturing light with clean planar edges and semi-transparent depth. Positioned directly above, an oversized rectangular shade in a muted brass-yellow tone creates a bold volumetric contrast. The hollow shade shell accommodates interior light sources while maintaining minimal wall thickness. Every contour balances vintage Hollywood Regency proportions with austere geometric minimalism, presenting an unadorned yet sculptural decorative silhouette.
The download is a 461 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.
Supplied as a native Revit family component, the luminaire loads directly into projects for table-top placement on credenzas, consoles, or desks. Assign custom material parameters within the project environment to tune acrylic refractive properties, glass transparency, or shade fabric textures. The lightweight geometry integrates smoothly into interior elevations, RCP views, and lighting schedules without impacting overall BIM model performance.
