About this asset

This Revit family provides an undermount bathroom sink and faucet set, featuring a minimalist design with a clean white basin. The Kalkgrund assembly features a classic oval undermount sink basin with a smooth, white ceramic finish. It is paired with a sleek, curved-spout faucet and two cylindrical control handles, all rendered in a polished metal finish. The design is straightforward and functional, intended for integration into vanity countertops. The undermount configuration allows for a seamless, easy-to-clean interface between the basin and the surrounding surface material. The proportions are balanced, making it suitable for a variety of contemporary bathroom layouts where a clean, uncluttered aesthetic is preferred for the washbasin area.

The download is a 563 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, this family is designed to be hosted within a countertop or vanity surface. Users can simply load the RFA file into a project and snap the sink to the top face of their custom family or model-in-place vanity object. The material parameters allow for easy adjustment of the basin and metal hardware finishes to match project-specific schedules. Ensure the host surface has a cut profile to accommodate the undermount geometry for an accurate plan representation in documentation.

This sink is ideal for residential bathrooms, hotel ensuites, and commercial washrooms where a clean, modern look is required. It pairs well with stone, wood, or solid-surface vanity tops. Professionals will find this asset useful during the schematic design and design development phases for creating detailed bathroom layouts and interior elevations.
