Contemporary Curved Back Three-Seat Sofa

Contemporary curved-back three-seat sofa Revit family featuring slim track arms, an integrated bench cushion, and splayed support legs. This seating component features a gently arched backrest profile transitioning cleanly into slender track arms. The primary horizontal bench cushion provides continuous three-person seating across an elongated span without compartmentalised vertical seams. Structural support is provided by four perimeter corner legs splayed outward from beneath the base rail, elevating the upholstered mass and lending the piece a light visual footprint. Clean geometric linework defines the perimeter silhouette, reflecting mid-century and contemporary furniture proportions suited for functional space planning where efficient room clearance and clear sightlines are essential.

The download is a 154 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Supplied as a native Revit family (.rfa), this component loads directly into project environments under the Furniture category. Place it on level datum planes in floor plan or reflected ceiling views. Its clean line geometry ensures quick viewport regeneration and clear representation in documentation views, coordination models, and early client layout presentations. Material parameters can be adjusted via family types for consistent rendering appearances.

Suited for living rooms, reception lounges, corporate breakout areas, and boutique hotel guestrooms, this three-passenger couch functions effectively in compact and open-plan spaces alike. Combine it with contemporary low-slung coffee tables, occasional lounge armchairs, and floor lamps to establish structured conversational groupings. Interior designers specifying modern sofa layouts, commercial reception seating, or apartment living furniture will find this lightweight family ideal for test fits and detailed interior documentation sets.
