Woman Sat in Armchair Scene

This interior scene features a woman sat in an armchair, provided as a Revit family for use in residential project visualisations. The scene depicts a interior living space featuring a female figure seated in a traditional upholstered armchair. The composition includes a low-profile wooden coffee table, a grand piano with its matching bench, and a tall potted plant. The backdrop consists of a simple white wall with an orange wainscot detail and three multi-pane windows. A guitar is mounted on the wall, serving as a decorative element. The furniture and entourage are arranged to form a cohesive, static living area layout, suitable for quick placement in architectural models requiring populated interior environments.

The download is a 676 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Users should place the family in the desired room coordinates and ensure the base level is correctly set. Because the scene contains multiple elements, it is best utilized for establishing scale and atmosphere in early-stage conceptual renders. The geometry is static, so adjustments to the arrangement of individual pieces may require exploding the family or modifying the nested components within the type editor.

This asset is designed for residential interior design projects, particularly for staged living rooms or music lounges. It provides a quick way to add human scale and lifestyle context to architectural visualisations and presentation boards. Professionals can use this to populate open-plan living areas, private villas, or apartment show units during the design development phase. It pairs effectively with modern or transitional furniture styles and is useful when demonstrating room capacity or circulation paths within a proposed floor plan.
