About this asset

This Revit family set contains six humanoid figures in various walking poses, designed to add scale and life to architectural models. The set comprises six distinct humanoid figures, each captured in a different walking or striding posture. The forms are stylised and simplified, featuring a uniform brown finish that highlights the silhouette and movement rather than individual facial features or clothing details. These figures are proportioned to represent average adult heights, providing a consistent sense of scale across architectural sections, site plans, or 3D perspective views. The geometry is clean and lightweight, ensuring efficient performance when populated throughout a large-scale project file or complex urban masterplan model.

The download is a 860 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, these figures function as standard entourage families. Once loaded into the project, they can be placed on any floor level or site plane. As they are native RFA files, users can easily rotate each instance to suit the desired path of travel. They are ideal for populating circulation paths, public plazas, or interior spaces. Because of their simplified geometry, they maintain low file overhead, allowing for high-density placement without significantly impacting model load times or viewport navigation speed.

These figures are essential for architects and visualisers needing to populate site plans, streetscapes, or interior floor plans with human scale. They work well in both early-stage massing studies and final presentation renderings where a neutral, non-distracting human presence is required. Professionals often use these for demonstrating flow in public buildings, large retail environments, or outdoor urban spaces. They pair effectively with site infrastructure, landscape elements, and building shells to provide immediate context for visitors navigating through a proposed design.
