Glazed Four-Panel Inswing Patio Door – Kolbe Ultra Series

Glazed four-panel inswing patio door Revit family features ten lites per leaf and an accessible low-profile handicap sill profile. Configured as a continuous four-panel glazed opening, this door assembly presents balanced vertical proportions with wide side stiles and bottom rails. Each individual door sash incorporates a traditional simulated divided lite grille pattern creating ten rectangular panes per panel, arranged in a two-wide by five-high grid. The unit is framed by an integrated perimeter jamb with an exterior casing and a minimal-clearance low threshold designed for barrier-free access. Finished in an off-white frame tone with translucent tinted glazing, the unit maintains clean, uniform sightlines across all four door leaves.

The download is a 2.1 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, load this wall-hosted door family directly into your project template and place it into exterior wall assemblies. The family automatically cuts appropriate host openings, anchoring cleanly to structural wall layers and floor slabs. Schedule parameters capture standard rough opening dimensions, glazing specifications, and sill clearances directly into architectural door schedules, streamlining tender documentation and coordinating seamlessly across floor plans, interior elevations, and exterior facade views.

Designed for residential walkouts, hospitality terraces, multi-family clubhouses, and upscale garden pavilions, this multi-panel patio door establishes large physical connections between indoor living areas and exterior balconies or courtyards. It complements classical, transitional, and colonial facades alongside stone veneer, painted siding, or brickwork. Architects specify this barrier-free glazed French door assembly when modeling ADA-compliant transitions, walkout basements, veranda entries, and expansive multi-leaf glazed wall openings.
