Glazed Entrance Sidelite – Kolbe Ultra Series Oak Sill

Glazed entrance door sidelite Revit family featuring a vertical direct-set ten-lite glass layout with interior oak sill detailing. This full-height door sidelite unit is configured with a direct-set glazed frame and divided lites arranged in a two-wide by five-high grid. Narrow interior muntin bars segment the glass panel, providing traditional architectural division while maximising light transmission. The unit is bordered by perimeter casing and rests upon a raised profile sill finished with natural oak detailing at the threshold. Crisp exterior and interior frame lines define the opening, creating an authentic fenestration profile that aligns seamlessly with matching entrance doors and adjacent exterior wall construction.

The download is a 1.8 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Designed for architectural coordination, this Revit door family inserts directly into standard wall assemblies as a hosted component. Elevation, plan, and sectional cut views display clean line weight graphics and symbol representations for clear construction documentation. You can place the sidelite adjacent to exterior doors to complete composite entrance assemblies or gang multiple units together along facade openings. Assign custom glass, timber, and exterior cladding materials via family type parameters.

Ideal for high-end residential entries, traditional townhouses, suburban villas, and boutique hospitality foyers, this sidelite provides natural daylighting while maintaining thermal enclosure. It pairs naturally with inswing timber entrance doors, classic panelled front doors, transom lights, and masonry facade surrounds. Design professionals specify this glazed unit during schematic design through detailed construction documentation when detailing grand entryways, vestibules, mudrooms, and private side entrances requiring elegant divided light fenestration.
