Rectangular Glass Fish Tank with Granite Base

This contemporary rectangular fish tank is a Revit family featuring a glass main body supported by a solid, dark granite-look base. The aquarium presents a clean, rectangular geometry suitable for modern interior spaces. It consists of a clear glass enclosure designed to hold water, mounted atop a substantial, pedestal-style base finished in a textured, dark reddish-brown granite material. The design includes internal decorative elements such as vertical aquatic vegetation and small fish motifs, providing a complete visual representation. Its proportions are balanced, with a heavy base providing a visual anchor for the lighter glass tank section above, making it a distinct decorative feature piece for high-end residential or commercial lobby environments.

The download is a 543 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, this family is intended for placement as a standalone furniture component within interior design layouts. Users can load the RFA file directly into their project environment and place it on a finished floor level. Because it is a 3D model, it will appear consistently across plan, section, and 3D perspective views. Material parameters may be adjusted via the type properties to match specific project finishes, and the object can be scheduled as part of the furniture or decor category.

This fish tank is ideal for adding character to luxury residential living rooms, high-end hotel lobbies, or professional reception areas. It serves as an effective focal point in interior design schemes where a touch of biophilic design is desired without the maintenance of a real ecosystem. Designers might search for this asset when looking for decorative interior accessories, aquarium models, or specific feature furniture to populate architectural visualisations and interior renders for client presentations or detailed BIM documentation.
