Potted Indoor Plant Set

This set of four potted indoor plants for SketchUp provides varied botanical foliage for realistic interior visualisation scenes. This collection features four distinct potted plant specimens, each showcasing unique leaf shapes and growth habits. The assortment includes broad-leafed varieties resembling Ficus and tall, slender-stemmed plants similar to Strelitzia. Each plant is housed in a different container style, ranging from minimalist cylindrical planters to square-profile pots and textured stone-effect vessels. The foliage exhibits natural green tones with subtle variations in texture and leaf orientation, providing a realistic appearance for close-up views or background filling in architectural models. The base of each plant is detailed with soil or decorative pebbles to complete the aesthetic.

The download is a 24.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate these assets into a SketchUp scene, import the component file and use the scale tool to adjust the overall size to match your project requirements. Since these are standard components, they can be easily placed using the move tool or copied throughout a floor plan. Ensure that the plant objects are placed on a dedicated layer to maintain scene organisation. For rendering, apply high-resolution texture maps to the leaves to enhance realism and adjust the material transparency for the finer foliage edges.
