About this asset

This contemporary potted green leafy plant in a black glass vase is a detailed SketchUp model for interior styling and decor. This decorative botanical asset features a compact, bushy plant with vibrant green leaves arranged in a natural, organic cluster. It is housed in a minimalist, spherical black glass vase with a short, narrow neck. The glossy finish of the glass creates subtle reflections, while the foliage demonstrates varied leaf shapes and textures, providing a realistic appearance for close-up renders. The scale is appropriate for tabletop placement, making it a versatile addition to any interior scene requiring a touch of nature without overwhelming the composition of the surrounding furniture or architectural elements.

The download is a 1.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this model into SketchUp, ensure it is placed on a flat surface such as a console table or shelf. Use the native scaling tools to adjust the size to fit your specific scene proportions if necessary. The materials are mapped for standard rendering workflows; apply high-quality glass reflection settings to the vase to capture the environment. Keep the plant on a separate layer to manage viewport performance, especially when populating larger commercial or residential interior spaces with multiple decorative assets.

This asset is suitable for residential interiors, boutique hotel lobbies, and modern office reception areas. It works well when paired with minimalist sideboards, contemporary coffee tables, or as a finishing touch on a home office desk. Professionals frequently search for small indoor greenery to add life to static 3D visualisations. It fits seamlessly into staging for living rooms or dining areas where subtle, high-quality decor is needed to enhance the realism and warmth of the final rendered output for client presentations.
