About this asset

A collection of twelve indoor potted and hanging plants modelled in SketchUp, featuring various foliage types and patterned ceramic pots. This set comprises twelve distinct indoor plant arrangements, including both floor-standing and suspended varieties. The collection features a diverse range of foliage, from dense bushy shrubs and delicate grasses to structured succulents. Vessels vary in aesthetic, including terracotta-style clay pots, minimalist matte black spheres, and decorative ceramic containers with graphic patterns. The hanging elements are supported by simple natural-fibre ropes. Each plant is modelled with attention to leaf texture and volume, providing a realistic representation of indoor greenery suitable for detailed architectural visualisation and interior design presentations.

The download is a 28.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 12 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To use this set in SketchUp, load the file as a component library or copy individual plants directly into your master scene. Given the varied geometry, it is recommended to manage these on a dedicated layer or tag to maintain viewport performance. Adjust the scale of individual plants to suit your specific interior proportions and apply high-resolution texture maps if closer camera angles are required for final rendering outputs.

These plants are ideal for adding life to residential interiors, hotel lobbies, and contemporary office break-out spaces. They pair effectively with modern shelving units, sideboards, or as focal points on dining tables and consoles. Professionals can search for these assets when looking to populate interior scenes with realistic greenery to enhance the human scale of a space. They are particularly useful during the interior design development stage to create a lived-in, organic atmosphere in high-end residential or commercial projects.
