Modern Assorted Hanging and Potted Plant Set

This diverse collection of modern hanging and potted plants for SketchUp features various succulents and trailing greenery. This comprehensive set includes twenty-five individual plant arrangements, featuring a mix of hanging planters and floor-standing units. The collection showcases a variety of botanical styles, including trailing ivy, dense foliage, and structured succulent arrangements. Planters are rendered in diverse forms, ranging from minimalist white ceramic bowls and geometric metallic frames to colourful, organic-shaped pods. The scale and density of the plants vary, providing a realistic mix of textures from spiky desert-style succulents to soft, leafy vines. These assets are designed to add organic detail to interior scenes, offering versatile options for varied styling needs.

The download is a 34 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 25 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are best managed as individual components to maintain scene performance. Users can drag and drop specific plant configurations directly into their project model. Scaling should be handled with care to preserve the intended botanical proportions. For high-quality rendering, ensure the material textures—particularly for the foliage—are correctly mapped. Utilising layers or tags allows for easy toggling of these decorative elements during the design process, keeping the workspace uncluttered while maintaining a high level of detail in the final visualisation.
