Contemporary Decorative Potted Plant Set

This contemporary set of seven decorative potted plants for SketchUp features varied cacti, succulents, and small trees in modern vessels. This collection comprises seven distinct potted plant arrangements, showcasing a diverse mix of botanical forms. The set includes large saguaro-style cacti, smaller globular succulents, and slender ornamental trees. The planters vary significantly in form and material, ranging from minimalist rectangular concrete blocks to sculptural, organic-shaped vessels in matte white and dark brown finishes. Each plant is scaled to complement the others, providing a balanced visual composition suitable for architectural staging. The clean lines of the concrete pots contrast with the organic textures of the foliage, creating a versatile aesthetic for modern interiors.

The download is a 26.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 7 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these assets are best managed by placing them as individual components within a dedicated layer for vegetation. This allows for easy toggling during heavy modelling sessions to maintain viewport performance. Users should ensure the axes are correctly oriented at the base of each planter for precise placement on finished floor levels. Applying custom materials or adjusting the transparency of the leaf textures can help fine-tune the rendering output to match specific lighting conditions within the project scene.
