About this asset

This traditional Christmas tree and gift set for SketchUp features a decorated evergreen with a gold star and assorted presents. The set comprises a classic artificial evergreen tree adorned with red ribbon, white spherical ornaments, and a prominent gold star topper. Accompanying the tree is an arrangement of twelve distinct gift boxes, wrapped in various patterns including tartan, snowflakes, and solid colours with contrasting ribbons. The tree maintains a dense, conical form with realistic needle texture, while the presents vary in size and proportion, creating a cohesive festive composition. All elements are grouped to allow for easy placement within a larger interior space, providing a complete seasonal vignette for architectural visualisations.

The download is a 4.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 12 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can leverage the native layer or tag system to toggle the visibility of the gift boxes independently from the tree. Materials are applied using standard SketchUp textures; ensure that texture coordinates are maintained upon scaling. For high-quality renders, verify that the soft-leaf geometry is correctly mapped for your specific render engine to avoid aliasing artifacts on the fine needle details.

This festive set is ideal for seasonal interior design presentations, retail shop window displays, or hospitality lobby staging during the winter months. It serves as a focal point for living room environments, commercial reception areas, or hotel lounges, effectively conveying a warm and traditional holiday atmosphere. Architects and interior designers might use this when creating winter-themed renders or marketing materials for residential projects.
