The download is a 21 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers by component, allowing for easy selection of cabinetry, countertop, and appliances. Users should check the scale against their specific room dimensions before merging. Materials are applied using standard mapping, which can be easily adjusted or replaced with custom textures. The island and stools are grouped, enabling quick placement as a single unit, while the backsplash and sink components remain separate for precise lighting and material adjustments within the final render engine.
