Modern White and Light Wood Linear Kitchen Unit

This modern linear kitchen unit in SketchUp features light wood base cabinetry, white upper cupboards, and a marble backsplash. The assembly comprises a linear run of base cabinetry finished in a light timber veneer, paired with minimalist white handleless upper units. A marble-effect splashback provides a clean aesthetic, complemented by a white worktop and an integrated black refrigerator at the end of the run. The design includes a floating open shelf for decorative storage, a built-in sink, and integrated kitchen hardware. Every component is modelled to reflect a contemporary residential aesthetic, balancing warm natural textures with crisp, high-contrast surfaces to create a functional, sophisticated kitchen environment.

The download is a 43.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp model directly into an active project file, utilising the grouped component structure to adjust the overall length or swap individual appliance elements. The textures are mapped for efficient rendering, and the model maintains a logical layer system for toggling between the cabinetry, hardware, and decorative accessories. It is recommended to check the scale against the project floor plan before final placement to ensure alignment with standard ergonomic kitchen heights and clearances.

This kitchen unit is suited for residential interior design projects, particularly in apartments or compact homes where a clean, linear configuration is required. It integrates effectively into open-plan living spaces, providing a refined backdrop for both contemporary and Scandinavian-inspired interiors. Architects and interior designers can use this model during the concept development or schematic design stages to visualise kitchen layouts, material palettes, and spatial flow. It pairs well with minimalist dining furniture and neutral wall finishes to maintain a cohesive, high-end residential aesthetic.
