Modern Timber and Marble Kitchen Scene

This modern open-plan kitchen scene for SketchUp features integrated timber cabinetry, a marble-clad island, and four dining chairs. This kitchen scene showcases a clean, contemporary aesthetic defined by a floor-to-ceiling timber cabinetry wall with integrated appliances. A central island serves as the focal point, topped with a white marble slab that extends into a breakfast bar. Four light-toned timber chairs with upholstered seats are positioned at the island. The material palette balances warm, vertical-grain wood finishes against the cool, veined marble surfaces. Subtle under-cabinet lighting and a sculptural, multi-arm pendant light provide ambient illumination. The overall composition is minimalist, emphasizing horizontal lines and a neutral, cohesive colour scheme.

The download is a 47.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for SketchUp, this scene is organized into logical groups and layers to facilitate easy editing of individual elements such as the appliances, island, or cabinetry. Users can adjust the material textures, which are mapped to standard geometry, or swap out the lighting components to match specific project requirements. The model is scaled for immediate insertion into residential floor plans, allowing designers to quickly populate an open-plan living area and refine the spatial arrangement or lighting setup within their native viewport.
