The download is a 59.8 MB file containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this vanity is organised by logical grouping, allowing for easy placement and alignment within a bathroom scene. Users should check the pivot point for precise wall-mounting or floor-placement adjustments. The material definitions are prepared for standard render workflows; ensure that texture maps for the marble veining and fluted wood surfaces are correctly linked to the respective shaders. Adjust the light intensity of any associated scene elements to highlight the reflective qualities of the marble and the metallic finish of the brass-toned hardware.
