Contemporary Two-Tone Wood Kitchen Unit with Island

This contemporary 3ds Max kitchen set features a two-tone wood and black finish with a marble-topped island and integrated appliances. This compact kitchen assembly combines light natural timber upper cabinets with dark-stained wood lower units, creating a balanced, high-contrast aesthetic. A freestanding white retro-style refrigerator is integrated into the cabinetry run, while the workspace includes a marble-effect countertop and backsplash. The set is completed by a matching rectangular kitchen island with a marble surface, providing additional preparation space. A cylindrical stainless-steel range hood is included as a floating element, adding a metallic industrial accent to the clean, linear composition. All cabinetry hardware is concealed to maintain the minimalist, refined profile of the unit.

The download is a 20.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for efficient scene management, allowing users to toggle the visibility of the island or appliances independently. The materials are set up with standard maps for wood grain and stone textures, which can be easily adjusted or swapped to match specific project requirements. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base of the units to facilitate quick placement against walls or within an open-plan kitchen layout during the development of interior visualisations.
