About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features an off-white terrazzo pedestal washbasin paired with an integrated black-framed organic mirror. This sculptural bathroom ensemble consists of a cylindrical pedestal washbasin crafted from a speckled off-white terrazzo, providing a robust and tactile base. Attached to the rear of the pedestal is a slender black metal support arm that holds an organic, asymmetrical mirror in a deep black finish. The contrast between the light, textured stone of the basin and the dark, minimalist lines of the mirror support creates a balanced aesthetic. The overall form is clean and monolithic, focusing on the interplay between geometric base and irregular, fluid reflective surface, suitable for high-end interior concepts.

The download is a 3.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When using this asset in 3ds Max, ensure the model is scaled correctly to match the project's unit settings before placement. The file is structured with logical layer separation, allowing for easy selection of the mirror and basin components. Users should apply high-quality material maps to the terrazzo surface to capture the fine aggregate detail. The metal support arm is optimized for standard metallic shaders, while the mirror component requires a reflective material setting to integrate seamlessly into a bathroom or lounge scene.

This washbasin is intended for use in luxury bathroom designs, boutique hotel suites, or contemporary powder rooms. It serves as a striking focal point, particularly when placed against minimalist wall finishes like concrete or large-format tile. Designers looking for unique sanitaryware will find this piece effective in high-end residential projects or commercial hospitality spaces where a sculptural, artistic touch is required. It pairs well with wall-mounted faucets and recessed lighting to enhance the modern, clean-lined atmosphere of a sophisticated washroom environment.
