About this asset

A contemporary bathroom interior scene for 3ds Max, featuring a double vanity, freestanding bathtub, and geometric floor tiling. This comprehensive bathroom scene provides a fully resolved spatial layout, anchored by a striking high-contrast geometric floor pattern in black and white. The arrangement includes a double vanity setup with integrated basins set against a dark, veined marble splashback. A minimalist freestanding bathtub is positioned opposite, creating a clear circulation path. Additional elements include a wooden side table and a stool, which introduce warmth to the monochromatic palette. The spatial configuration is optimised for a clean, luxury aesthetic, balancing hard surface finishes with functional sanitaryware, suitable for high-end residential or hospitality project visualisation.

The download is a 73.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When using this scene in 3ds Max, ensure the scene units are correctly set to match your project scale before merging. The model is structured into logical layers, allowing for easy selection and adjustment of the individual sanitary units or finishes. Materials are assigned to standard objects, enabling quick replacement or refinement of the tile maps and marble shaders. Lighting setups should be adjusted to complement the scene's composition, ensuring the reflective surfaces of the basins and tub are properly highlighted.

This bathroom scene is ideal for architectural visualisers and interior designers working on high-end residential developments or boutique hotel projects.
