Contemporary Grey Kitchen Scene with Fluted Island

This contemporary 3ds Max kitchen scene features a grey U-shaped layout, a fluted-base kitchen island, and geometric tile backsplash. The kitchen layout comprises a series of matte grey handleless cabinetry units arranged in a U-shape, complemented by a central island with a fluted, curved base and a white marble countertop. Tall cabinets with integrated shelving and glass-fronted displays provide storage, while the backsplash uses a white, grey, and ochre geometric hexagonal tile pattern. A linear, multi-pendant light fixture hangs over the island, which incorporates a metallic trim detail. The floor is finished in polished dark marble tiles, creating a high-contrast aesthetic that balances the soft grey cabinetry and the warm metallic accents found throughout the space.

In 3ds Max, this scene is organised for efficient integration into larger residential projects. Users can manage the kitchen components via the layer manager, adjusting lighting intensities for the pendant fixtures and hidden cabinet strips. The materials are mapped to standard geometry, allowing for quick adjustments to the marble textures or cabinet finishes. Scaling the entire group to match specific floor plans is straightforward, and the modular nature of the units allows for individual elements to be isolated or moved if required for custom layouts.

Designed for residential interiors, this kitchen scene suits high-end apartment developments, luxury home visualisations, and contemporary renovation projects. It pairs effectively with minimalist dining sets or open-plan living room configurations.
