Contemporary Blue Matte Kitchen Scene with Marble Island

This contemporary SketchUp kitchen scene features matte blue cabinetry, a white marble island, and geometric patterned wall tiles. This comprehensive kitchen interior includes a large central island with a white marble countertop and a fluted base. The main cabinetry is finished in a matte blue, complemented by integrated black appliances and an open glass-fronted display cabinet with internal lighting. A striking feature is the geometric hexagon-patterned backsplash in white, grey, and mustard yellow. The space is accessorised with a modern linear pendant light fixture, stainless steel sink hardware, and a high-contrast black marble floor. The overall layout is U-shaped, incorporating a tall pantry and a dedicated integrated refrigerator unit.

The download is a 507 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy selection of individual units or appliances. Users should check the layer or tag structure to isolate the island from the wall units for custom layout adjustments. Materials are mapped with PBR-ready textures, which can be easily swapped or scaled. For professional rendering, the lighting rig, including the pendant and under-cabinet LEDs, should be converted into emissive light sources or proxies depending on the render engine used.

This kitchen scene is suitable for residential interior design projects, particularly for high-end apartment or house visualisations. It provides a realistic base for showcasing cabinetry finishes, lighting schemes, and material palettes. Designers can use this model during the concept or development stages to communicate spatial flow and aesthetic intent to clients. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary dining furniture and can be adapted for various kitchen configurations by re-arranging the modular components within the SketchUp workspace.
