About this asset

This modern home office scene in 3ds Max features bespoke walnut joinery, integrated desk, and a window seat with linen curtains. Defined by warm walnut tones and clean lines, this home office scene centres on a custom built-in joinery unit. The configuration integrates a floating desk on one side with extensive floor-to-ceiling shelving, while the opposite side transitions into a comfortable window seat with concealed storage drawers below. The timber aesthetic is complemented by soft off-white upholstery on the seat and matching chairs. Details include recessed lighting, curated book displays, and indoor plants. The window is dressed with simple, floor-length linen-look curtains on a brass rod, creating a calm, balanced workspace suitable for focused tasks.

The download is a 261 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

As a fully assembled 3ds Max scene, this file is ready for immediate integration into larger project files or standalone visualisation. Users can easily adjust the camera position to capture specific angles of the joinery or workspace. The materials are logically grouped by object, allowing for quick adjustments to texture maps or shader settings. Lighting is pre-configured to simulate natural daylight through the window, which can be further refined by swapping the HDRI map or adjusting the intensity of the scene lights.
