Modern Luxury Living Room Scene

This modern luxury living room scene for SketchUp features a warm, sophisticated palette with a tan leather sectional and marble accents. Defined by a clean, contemporary aesthetic, this living room scene centres on a large L-shaped tan leather sofa paired with a matching ottoman. The space is anchored by a striking marble-clad television wall that incorporates integrated shelving and backlighting. Dark wood panelling provides a rich contrast against the light grey marble flooring and neutral wall surfaces. The furniture layout is complemented by a low-profile coffee table, sheer window treatments, and a large area rug, creating a cohesive, high-end atmosphere suitable for luxury residential or boutique hotel design projects.

The download is a 448 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.
