About this asset

This modern living room 3ds Max scene features a sophisticated grey marble feature wall, a dark fabric sectional, and clean lines. The scene is defined by a large-scale, book-matched light grey marble feature wall that serves as the primary focal point, housing a wall-mounted flat-screen television and a low-profile horizontal niche. A deep charcoal fabric sectional sofa provides a grounded contrast, paired with a dark, organic-shaped coffee table. The flooring consists of light timber planks, partially covered by a high-pile grey area rug. Subtle details include a chrome bull sculpture on the table and floor-to-ceiling dark grey curtains. Lighting is integrated into the ceiling, contributing to a refined, minimalist atmosphere suitable for high-end residential interiors.

The download is a 837 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals can utilise this 3ds Max scene by merging the assets into an existing architectural project or using it as a standalone base for visualisation. The file is structured to allow for easy camera placement and lighting adjustments. Users should check the layer organisation to isolate individual furniture pieces or modify material properties like marble reflections and fabric textures. Given the scale of the scene, managing texture maps and proxy objects is recommended to maintain performance during the rendering process in the host software.
