About this asset

This modern office workspace scene for 3ds Max features a balanced palette of dark grey workstations and soft peach storage units. Designed for a contemporary professional environment, this office scene centres on a series of linear, dark-toned desks paired with ergonomic mesh office chairs. The aesthetic balances industrial-inspired dark grey surfaces with a large, soft peach-coloured floor-to-ceiling cabinet that adds warmth to the space. Wall-mounted shelving provides open storage for decorative objects and files, while integrated lighting highlights the branding on the feature wall. The layout includes a whiteboard and multiple workstations, creating a functional, cohesive interior configuration suitable for collaborative work or individual focus tasks.

The download is a 300 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

As a pre-assembled scene, this file is structured for immediate integration into 3ds Max workflows. Users can adjust the camera angles to suit specific project requirements or modify the lighting setup to match a desired time of day. The models are organised into logical layers, allowing for the easy isolation of individual furniture pieces or structural elements. Textures and materials are applied to the geometry, providing a solid foundation for further customisation or refinement within the viewport and render settings.

This workspace scene is well-suited for commercial architecture visualisations, corporate office design proposals, and interior design presentations. It provides a realistic backdrop for showcasing modern workplace trends, including open-plan layouts and mixed-material palettes. Professionals can utilise this asset to populate large-scale office projects, as the clean, minimalist lines pair easily with various architectural styles. It is particularly effective for communicating a contemporary brand identity in marketing materials, pitch decks, or technical design reviews for modern commercial real estate developments.
