Modern Black and Striped Living Room Scene

This modern living room SketchUp model features a curated lounge set with a black sectional, striped armchair, and fireplace. This interior scene showcases a balanced contemporary living area anchored by a low-profile black modular sofa and a distinctive striped lounge chair. A central coffee table grouping combines a circular black marble surface with a secondary hexagonal white marble piece, providing textural contrast. The space is defined by a minimalist wall-integrated fireplace with an adjacent recessed log storage niche. Warm timber flooring meets a neutral grey area rug, while large windows with horizontal blinds allow for soft, diffuse lighting. Every component, from the upholstery to the stone finishes, is arranged to maintain a clean, sophisticated aesthetic.

The download is a 112 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this scene into a project, import the file directly into a SketchUp workspace as a master component. The model is structured for efficient viewport navigation, allowing users to quickly adjust camera angles or swap out individual furniture assets. Materials are pre-applied, though users can easily replace textures via the material browser to match specific project colour palettes. Lighting is set to simulate natural daylight, which can be further refined by adjusting the shadow settings or incorporating external render engine plugins.
