Modern Black and Beige Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This modern open-plan living room and bedroom scene for 3ds Max features a sophisticated palette of black timber and beige leather. The scene presents a cohesive open-plan layout integrating a lounge zone with a sleeping platform. A deep beige leather sofa faces a large-scale media wall finished in light grey marble panels and dark timber slats. The adjacent raised platform bed is framed by dark wood wall cladding, creating a distinct sleeping sanctuary. A circular black glass coffee table acts as a central focal point, while integrated ceiling lighting and linear recessed tracks provide a clean, rhythmic overhead illumination. The overall aesthetic is refined and minimalist, balancing dark moody tones with soft neutral textures.

The download is a 497 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.
