About this asset

This modern 3ds Max scene features a curated living room arrangement centered on a plush beige fabric sofa and nested tables. Defined by a neutral, calming palette, this living room scene centres on a deep-seated, modular-style sofa upholstered in a textured beige fabric. The space is anchored by a pair of nested coffee tables—one with a circular black top and the other featuring a marble-effect finish—supported by slim black metal frames. A large, minimalist line-art print hangs on the wall, illuminated by concealed cove lighting. The composition includes a tall potted plant, a ceiling fan, and hardwood flooring, creating a balanced, light-filled environment suitable for contemporary residential visualisations and high-end apartment staging.

The download is a 130 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Designed for 3ds Max, this scene is organised for efficient integration into larger architectural projects. Professionals can easily append the collection into an existing model or use it as a standalone base for lighting and material studies. The geometry is grouped to allow for quick asset selection and modification of individual elements like the coffee tables or cushions. Users should verify mapping coordinates upon insertion, as the scene relies on standard texture tiling for the flooring and upholstery fabrics.

Ideal for residential interior design presentations, this scene serves as a foundation for living room concepts where a clean, sophisticated aesthetic is required. It pairs well with neutral wall treatments and natural wood accents. Architects and visualisers often search for such pre-composed sets to populate master suites or open-plan living areas in luxury residential developments. The neutral colour scheme ensures compatibility with various lighting setups, making it a versatile asset for daylight-focused interior renders and architectural marketing materials.
