Modern Beige and Grey Fabric Living Room Scene

This modern living room scene for SketchUp features a modular fabric sofa, bespoke timber joinery, and a layered coffee table. Centred around a dual-tone modular sofa, this living room scene balances soft textures with structured timber cabinetry. The sofa combines beige and light grey fabric segments, sitting atop a textured grey area rug. A dual-level coffee table with a circular marble-effect top and a lower timber tier anchors the seating area. Behind, a floor-to-ceiling wall unit integrates open shelving with closed cabinet doors, finished in a blend of natural wood and off-white panels. Large floor-to-ceiling windows with sheer curtains provide natural light, while minimalist downlights are recessed into the ceiling, completing the clean, contemporary aesthetic.

The download is a 291 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp scene as a foundational starting point for interior visualisations or as a reference for custom joinery detailing. The model is organised with distinct layers for furniture, lighting, and architectural elements, allowing for efficient toggling and modification. Users can easily swap material textures via the material browser or adjust the lighting intensity to match specific project requirements. Ensure the scene scale is verified against project-specific floor plans when merging or appending this content into larger residential master models.
