Luxury Marble and Timber Hotel Lobby Scene

This luxury hotel lobby scene for SketchUp features a refined timber-slatted ceiling and polished marble flooring. Defined by a sophisticated material palette, this interior scene showcases a high-end lobby design. The primary architectural feature is a linear timber-slatted ceiling that provides rhythm and warmth, complemented by full-height timber wall panelling. A central stone basin acts as a focal point, paired with a sculptural rock element. The floor is clad in large-format polished marble tiles, reflecting the ambient light from integrated wall-mounted sconces. Proportions are expansive, suggesting a grand scale suitable for high-end hospitality environments. Every element, from the reception desk to the decorative lighting, is placed to create a balanced, symmetrical composition.

The download is a 78.4 MB file containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp scene into a project, users should manage the model through the Outliner to isolate specific elements like the ceiling or wall panels. Given the density of the geometry, applying tags or layers for lighting, furniture, and structural components is recommended for efficient viewport navigation. Texture mapping on the marble and wood surfaces can be adjusted via the material editor to match specific project requirements. For final renders, ensure the light components are correctly mapped to a rendering engine plugin.
