About this asset

This SketchUp scene captures a high-end open-plan living and dining area featuring rich walnut herringbone floors and leather furnishings. The space is defined by its sophisticated material palette, combining deep walnut-brown herringbone timber flooring with luxurious leather and fabric upholstery. The living area is anchored by a low-profile sectional sofa and an angular coffee table, while the adjacent dining zone features structured leather chairs. High ceilings, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and a dramatic linear light fixture create a sense of scale and verticality. The wall panelling, rendered in dark wood, provides a cohesive backdrop that complements the textured cushions and refined decor, resulting in a balanced, professional interior composition.

The download is a 361 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can leverage this SketchUp model as a foundational layout for high-end residential or hospitality projects. Best practice involves checking the layer organisation upon import to ensure texture mapping remains intact. The scene is pre-lit, making it suitable for architectural visualisation workflows where the user needs a rapid, high-quality starting point for rendering.
