Japandi Natural Wood Tea Room Scene

This Japandi-style tea room scene for SketchUp features a minimalist interior with a live-edge wooden table and floor seating. Defined by a serene, Japandi aesthetic, this interior scene centres on a dramatic, long live-edge table supported by a singular stone sphere at one end and a minimalist plinth at the other. The composition includes low-profile wooden floor seating, a textured straw-like rug, and a large monochromatic abstract artwork on the rear wall. Subtle architectural details, such as integrated linear lighting and vertical timber accents, ground the space in quiet sophistication. Every element, from the delicate tea set to the sculptural floor lamp, contributes to a balanced, meditative environment suitable for refined residential or hospitality projects.

The download is a 115 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Architects and visualisers can use this SketchUp scene as a foundational environment for interior design presentations. The file is structured to allow for easy manipulation of the camera angle or the addition of custom assets to the perimeter. Users should verify that all textures are correctly mapped upon opening and adjust the native lighting settings to suit specific daylighting requirements. Because the scene is pre-composed, it serves as a high-quality starting point for rendering, reducing the need for extensive prop placement or material assignment.
