About this asset

This Japandi-style study room SketchUp scene features a natural wood desk, rattan-accented furniture, and a neutral, serene palette. Embodying a calm Japandi aesthetic, this study room scene centres on a long, minimalist natural wood desk supported by architectural slab legs. The workspace is complemented by a matching slatted bench and a small stool, both featuring intricate cane or rattan detailing on the seats. In the background, a floor-to-ceiling rattan screen provides texture and soft light diffusion, while wall-mounted floating shelves are illuminated by integrated LED strips.

The download is a 34.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this scene into your workflow, simply import the SketchUp file into your active project or use it as a standalone reference for composition and lighting. The geometry is organised by layers, allowing for the easy isolation of individual furniture pieces like the desk, bench, or decorative accessories for use in other projects. Apply your preferred render engine materials to the base geometry to achieve high-fidelity results, or adjust the scene lighting to match your desired time of day and atmospheric quality.

This asset is ideal for residential interior design projects, boutique office fit-outs, or high-end co-working spaces.
