Fabric Contemporary Grey Open-Plan Living Room and Kitchen Scene

This contemporary open-plan living room and kitchen scene for 3ds Max features a sophisticated grey palette and curated furniture. This fully furnished interior scene showcases a cohesive open-plan layout integrating a lounge area and a compact kitchen. The living space is anchored by a deep charcoal sectional sofa, a houndstooth-patterned armchair, and a low-profile coffee table with a dark glass top. A textured, high-pile circular rug defines the seating zone. The kitchen area features streamlined cabinetry in neutral tones and a functional island unit. Materials include soft upholstery fabrics, rich wood flooring, and sleek glass surfaces, creating a balanced, professional aesthetic suitable for high-end residential visualisation projects.

The download is a 444 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Designed for immediate use in 3ds Max, this scene allows for rapid integration into architectural visualisations. Users can easily adjust the camera angles, swap assets, or modify material settings via the material editor to match specific project requirements. The scene is organised with logical layering, facilitating efficient management of complex geometry and lighting setups. Best practice involves checking texture paths upon initial load and verifying light intensities before final rendering to ensure seamless alignment with your specific project environment and output settings.
