About this asset

This contemporary living room scene is a fully furnished SketchUp model featuring a neutral palette with green accents. This curated living room scene features a low-profile sofa upholstered in light fabric, complemented by a sculptural green armchair. A tiered circular coffee table with a white marble top sits atop a textured area rug, grounding the space. The wall treatment uses a combination of panelled surfaces, vertical slats, and a marble accent section, providing a sophisticated backdrop. Decorative elements include a large abstract framed artwork, a potted plant, and a glass-based table lamp. The composition balances clean lines with organic shapes, achieving a refined, modern aesthetic suitable for high-end residential interiors.

The download is a 143 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp model as a foundational layout for interior visualisation projects. The file contains pre-arranged geometry, including furniture, wall panels, and decor, which can be adjusted or replaced to suit specific design requirements. Users should check the layering system to manage visibility and apply materials to suit their chosen render engine. The file structure allows for easy scaling of the entire scene or extraction of individual components like the coffee table or sofa for use in other project files.
