Contemporary Terracotta Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene is a comprehensive SketchUp model featuring a coordinated terracotta upholstery palette. This professional interior scene features a cohesive living room arrangement anchored by a terracotta-coloured sofa, a matching armchair, and a sleek bench. The centrepiece is a low-profile round coffee table with a white stone-effect top and a dark base. The composition is completed by a floor lamp with a pleated shade and a striking circular wall sculpture. The background consists of a sophisticated panelled wall combining wood veneers and neutral grey accents, with an integrated open shelving unit. Every element is curated to maintain a refined, modern aesthetic suitable for high-end residential visualisation projects.

The download is a 66.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

As a pre-composed SketchUp scene, this file is intended for rapid integration into larger architectural models. Users can easily adjust the lighting parameters or replace textures to match specific project requirements. The geometry is organised into layers, allowing for the quick isolation of individual furniture pieces or decorative elements. Best practice involves checking the scale upon import and ensuring that material paths are correctly re-linked if the file is moved to a new local directory structure.

Ideal for residential interior design presentations, this asset provides a ready-to-render space for architects and visualisers. It serves as a foundation for concept development in living room designs, requiring minimal adjustment to achieve a polished look. Professionals can use this scene to quickly populate floor plans in early design stages or to generate high-quality marketing imagery for apartment developments. It pairs effectively with neutral floor finishes and minimalist lighting schemes, helping to communicate a warm, inviting, and contemporary design intent.
