About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for 3ds Max features a tan leather sofa, integrated shelving, and a study nook. Centred on a three-seater tan leather sofa, this interior scene balances industrial textures with warm, tactile materials. The space is anchored by a raw concrete ceiling and structural columns, contrasted against rich herringbone timber flooring. A floor-to-ceiling shelving unit provides extensive storage, while an adjacent built-in study area creates a functional multi-use zone. The composition includes a large potted indoor plant in a woven basket, geometric patterned scatter cushions, and a low-profile window bench. Every element is arranged to suggest a lived-in, sophisticated residential environment with a refined, cohesive colour palette.

The download is a 449 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.
