Contemporary Sage Green Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a sage green fabric sofa against a dark timber slatted feature wall. The composition centres on a plush, sage green three-seater sofa, accessorised with matching cushions and a draped throw. It is positioned against a floor-to-ceiling vertical slatted timber wall in a deep brown tone, providing a tactile, rhythmic backdrop. A pair of nesting circular coffee tables with black metal frames and tops sits on a large, textured circular rug. To the side, a dining area includes minimalist chairs with grey seats and black metal legs, set against a dark table. The space is softened by floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains and recessed downlighting.

The download is a 108 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for immediate use in SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical layers to facilitate easy editing of furniture, lighting, and architectural elements. Users can adjust the camera perspective, toggle the visibility of the sheer curtains, or swap out individual assets to suit specific project requirements. Materials are mapped for standard render engines, allowing for quick adjustments to reflections and bump maps. The model is scaled to real-world dimensions, ensuring that the furniture proportions remain accurate when integrated into larger floor plans.

This scene is ideal for residential interior design projects, particularly for apartments or open-plan homes where a cohesive, modern aesthetic is required. Architects and visualisers can use this as a base for client presentations, mood board development, or to quickly populate a 3D model with curated furniture. It pairs well with neutral palettes and dark wood accents. Professionals searching for 'modern living room layout', 'slatted wall design', or 'open-plan dining and lounge' will find this asset ready for high-quality visualisation outputs.
