About this asset

This contemporary restaurant interior scene for SketchUp features bespoke timber joinery, modular lounge seating, and integrated ceiling lighting. Defined by a sophisticated interplay of textures, this restaurant interior scene showcases a warm, rich palette. The floor is clad in a dark, patterned timber parquet, which contrasts with the expansive, light-filled window wall. Central to the layout is a long, linear bench seat paired with minimalist circular tables and upholstered stools. The background features complex, curved timber shelving units that provide both storage and visual depth. Large, recessed square light fixtures are suspended from a dark ceiling, creating a rhythmic overhead pattern that anchors the open-plan lounge area effectively.

The download is a 86.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp file as a foundational base for hospitality visualisations. The scene is organised with grouped geometry, allowing for easy adjustment of furniture placement or material swaps within the native environment. Users should ensure their texture paths are re-linked upon opening to maintain the integrity of the wood and fabric shaders. The lighting setup can be fine-tuned by adjusting the intensity of the ceiling luminaires or by integrating an external HDRI to better match specific project sun angles.

This asset is ideal for interior designers and visualisers working on high-end restaurant, hotel lobby, or luxury retail projects. It serves as an effective template for conceptual design stages where a polished, contemporary atmosphere is required. Designers often search for such scenes to expedite the creation of client presentations, pairing the existing joinery with custom branding or additional decor elements. The layout is particularly well-suited for hospitality spaces that require a seamless blend of communal seating and private lounge zones.
