Contemporary Grey and Marble Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This contemporary open-plan living room scene for SketchUp features a sophisticated palette of grey fabrics, warm wood, and marble. Defined by a central feature wall clad in large-format patterned marble, this interior scene balances luxury with functional living space. The layout incorporates a dining area with upholstered chairs and a circular table alongside a lounge zone anchored by a grey sofa and a low-profile velvet-finish ottoman. Integrated floor-to-ceiling cabinetry with recessed lighting provides architectural depth and display storage. The materials transition from polished stone floors in the dining section to a textured area rug in the lounge, creating distinct zones within the open-plan floor plate while maintaining a cohesive, high-end aesthetic throughout.

The download is a 598 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp model as a foundational base for high-end residential visualisations. The file structure includes grouped components for furniture, lighting, and cabinetry, allowing for efficient toggling and modification of individual elements. Users should check the layer organisation upon import to manage geometry complexity effectively. The scene is pre-lit with ambient and accent lighting, which can be adjusted or replaced to suit specific render engine requirements, ensuring a streamlined workflow for interior design presentations and client concept development.
