Contemporary Brown Wood and Leather Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a sophisticated brown wood and leather lounge set with a full marble-clad TV wall. This high-end living room interior defines a refined, modern aesthetic through a balanced use of natural materials and clean, geometric lines. The focal point is a custom wall-mounted TV unit set against a backdrop of white marble and vertical wood slats. The seating arrangement comprises a long, low-profile leather sofa with matching wood frames, complemented by a minimalist coffee table. Ambient lighting is provided by a statement chandelier and recessed ceiling strips. Polished marble flooring anchors the space, while floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains soften the natural light, creating a cohesive and luxurious atmosphere.

The download is a 485 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for rapid architectural visualization, this SketchUp scene allows for immediate camera placement and scene rendering. Users can manage the lighting environment by adjusting the integrated ceiling profiles or swapping the existing light components for specific render engine proxies. The model is organized with logical grouping, enabling designers to isolate individual furniture items or modify material mappings on the walls and floors. It is best utilized as a base file for high-quality interior presentations, requiring minimal cleanup before final rendering.
