About this asset

This contemporary living room SketchUp scene features a rich brown leather L-shaped sofa, marble wall cladding, and an integrated workspace. Defined by a sophisticated mix of materials, this interior scene showcases a deep brown leather sectional sofa paired with a matching ottoman and a dark timber coffee table. The backdrop features dramatic white marble wall panelling flanked by vertical timber slats, creating a strong vertical rhythm. A dedicated workspace is integrated into the rear zone with a wall-mounted desk and contemporary task seating. Soft ambient lighting, including recessed ceiling spots and hidden cove lighting, complements the warm, natural wood flooring and plush rug, resulting in a cohesive, high-end residential aesthetic.

The download is a 202 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp model as a foundational base for residential interior visualisations. The scene is organised for immediate camera placement and viewport setup. Users can easily adjust the lighting intensity or swap out the provided material textures to suit specific project colour palettes. The components are grouped logically, allowing for quick isolation of furniture pieces if needed for alternative layouts or smaller vignette renders within your broader architectural project files.

Ideal for residential design proposals, this scene works well for high-end apartment or house projects where a integrated living and study area is required. Architects and interior designers can use this as a starting point for client presentations, specifically in the concept development and design refinement stages. It pairs well with modern luxury furniture catalogues and fits naturally into searches for open-plan living rooms, home office combinations, or sophisticated, masculine-toned interior design schemes for urban residential developments.
