Contemporary Beige and Walnut Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room SketchUp scene features a feature TV wall with a built-in fireplace and integrated shelving. The scene showcases a balanced contemporary aesthetic, anchored by a prominent TV wall finished in warm walnut veneer. Below the television, a sleek linear fireplace is framed by dark, veined marble, creating a focal point that contrasts with the neutral, soft beige wall cladding. To the right, a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf with integrated linear lighting adds depth and texture. The foreground includes a grey fabric sofa and a single lounge chair, providing a cohesive seating arrangement. The composition is finished with refined architectural details, including a flush-mounted door and recessed ceiling track lighting.

The download is a 150 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilize this SketchUp model as a foundational layout for residential design presentations. The file structure allows for easy manipulation of individual components such as the joinery, seating, or lighting fixtures. Users can quickly swap texture maps on the walnut panels or adjust the fireplace geometry to match specific project requirements. It is recommended to organize layers by object type to maintain performance when integrating this scene into larger project files or when applying custom render engine settings.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this scene serves as a high-quality starting point for living room concepts during the development or visualization phases. It pairs well with modern minimalist furniture and neutral colour palettes, making it suitable for luxury apartment or house design proposals. Architects and designers looking for a polished look will find this useful for client presentations, where a fully realized, cohesive environment is required to demonstrate spatial flow and material selection in a professional setting.
