About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a modular beige sofa, purple accent chairs, and a refined marble coffee table. This curated interior scene presents a balanced contemporary living space defined by a neutral, soft-textured palette. The focal point is a low-profile, modular beige sofa paired with two vibrant purple sculptural lounge chairs. Central to the arrangement are two distinct coffee tables, one featuring a dark marble top and the other a warm timber finish. Integrated wall shelving provides vertical interest, while a large-scale line-art print anchors the wall. The space is completed with a textured grey rug, decorative sculptures, and minimalist lighting elements, all set against a subtly panelled wall background.

The download is a 57.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Working with this SketchUp scene allows for rapid interior visualisation by leveraging the pre-positioned furniture and lighting setup. Professionals can easily manipulate the modular sofa components to adjust the layout or swap textures on the timber and marble surfaces to match specific project requirements. The file structure is organised to allow for efficient toggling of individual decor items and lighting assets, ensuring a streamlined process when integrating into larger architectural models or preparing high-quality render outputs.

Ideal for residential projects, this scene serves as an excellent starting point for high-end apartment or house interior concepts. It works particularly well in design presentations where a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic is required. Professionals often search for complete living room setups to save time during early-stage design development or for client mood boards. This asset pairs seamlessly with other minimalist or modern furniture collections, providing a versatile base that can be adapted for various upscale living room configurations.
