Contemporary Beige and Grey Open-Plan Apartment Interior Scene

This contemporary 3ds Max open-plan apartment scene features a sophisticated neutral palette, complete with integrated dining and lounge zones. Defined by a refined, monochromatic aesthetic, this interior scene balances soft textures with clean, architectural lines. The layout centers on a circular dining table surrounded by upholstered chairs, flanked by a modular sofa and a sleek, swivel lounge chair. Lighting is provided by a minimalist circular pendant and recessed ceiling tracks, contributing to the airy feel. Warm wood accents on the shelving and ceiling detailing contrast with the grey floor tiles. The integration of a wall-mounted unit and floor-to-ceiling drapery creates a seamless, cohesive living environment suitable for high-end residential visualisations.
