About this asset

This contemporary director office SketchUp scene features a sleek executive desk, leather seating, and integrated wall shelving. Defined by a refined palette of beige, black, and grey, this executive office scene presents a sophisticated workspace configuration. The focal point is a sculptural, curved desk finished in a high-gloss beige and matte black, paired with tan leather office chairs. Behind the desk, a full-height wall assembly integrates vertical shelving with warm LED accent lighting and a large-format abstract monochrome artwork. The floor is finished in a grey marble-effect tile, complementing the floor-to-ceiling beige curtains that provide a soft, neutral backdrop for the entire composition.

The download is a 125 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp file as a foundational scene for interior design presentations. The model is organised with logical layering, allowing for easy isolation of furniture components or lighting elements. Designers can adjust the native material mapping to suit specific project colour schemes or swap out the lighting assets for custom render engine setups. With the geometry already positioned, the scene is ready for final rendering, requiring only the addition of project-specific camera views and environmental lighting adjustments to achieve a professional finish.

Ideal for high-end corporate interiors, this scene serves as a template for executive suites, private offices, and boutique legal or financial firm headquarters. It pairs well with minimalist architectural detailing and luxury office lighting. Professionals searching for a complete workspace solution will find this set useful during the concept development and design presentation stages of commercial projects. The aesthetic is suited to modern office fit-outs that prioritise a polished, professional atmosphere with a focus on high-quality materials and integrated storage solutions.
