About this asset

A fully furnished contemporary open-plan living and kitchen scene for 3ds Max, featuring a cohesive layout and neutral palette. This comprehensive 3ds Max interior scene captures a functional open-plan living area that seamlessly integrates a workspace, dining zone, and lounge. The design prioritises warm wood flooring paired with clean white walls and soft grey textiles. A central dining area features a marble-effect table with brown upholstered chairs, while the adjacent lounge is defined by a low-profile sectional sofa and a sleek glass-topped coffee table. The home office corner includes a minimalist wall-mounted desk and matching chair, all illuminated by recessed ceiling lighting, a statement feature chandelier, and integrated shelving lights.

The download is a 605 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals can utilise this scene as a pre-configured environment for architectural visualisation. The file is structured to allow for immediate camera placement and adjustment of light levels within the 3ds Max viewport. Users should verify material paths upon opening to ensure all textures load correctly. The model components are organised by logical groupings, facilitating easy swapping of furniture pieces or adjustments to the scene composition to suit specific project requirements and lighting conditions during the final rendering process.
