About this asset

This modern open-plan living room 3ds Max scene features a curated neutral palette, modular seating, and integrated kitchen cabinetry. The scene presents a cohesive open-plan layout defined by a soft, neutral colour scheme of beige, grey, and charcoal accents. Central to the living area is a large modular sectional sofa upholstered in textured fabric, paired with a low-profile dark timber coffee table. To the side, a plush grey armchair and a cylindrical black ottoman add depth to the seating arrangement. The background seamlessly transitions into a sleek, handleless kitchen unit with integrated appliances and dark-tinted glass shelving. Lighting is subtle, consisting of recessed ceiling spots and a minimalist linear pendant over the dining zone.

The download is a 192 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

As a complete 3ds Max scene, this file is intended for high-end architectural visualisation. Professionals should approach this by checking the global illumination settings and light maps before merging into an existing project. The materials are likely layered for ease of adjustment, allowing users to swap textures or tweak the reflection values of the kitchen cabinetry and flooring. Ensure all paths to the included textures are re-linked to maintain the integrity of the light setup and surface finishes upon opening.
